Updated Prayer List

Today was a day of anticipation... Adam and I waited in anticipation for his parents arrival.  I was so excited for them to come and see how far Adam has come in the short time since their last visits.  Jack and Cookie arrived late this afternoon and took Adam, Mackenzie, and I out for dinner.  It was so wonderful to visit with them and with Adam outside of a facility.  After dinner we took them to our apartment where visited until Adam was tired and ready for bed.

Updated prayer list:
  1. Adam's cognitive abilities to improve
  2. Adam's memory to begin clicking back
  3. That the quality of Adam's walk will improve so that he will be safe and have a higher chance of walking without a walker
  4. Pray for Adam's vision, we know that he has impairments, but until he is able to cognitively be able to respond to complex questioning we can't get his vision tested.
  5. Pray for him to continue to gain strength so that he can continue to do more things independently
  6. Pray for encouragement, that he will be able to remain encouraged while he's working so hard to recover
  7. Pray that he gets a peaceful and restful night sleep
  8. Continue to pray for advancements in his ability to communicate his needs
  9. Pray for his ability to become continent
  10. Pray for each and every person who cares for Adam during the day.
  11. Continue to pray for Adam's FULL restoration
Thank you that I can come to you all for specific prayer needs and I know that they are getting covered.   We couldn't do this without all of you and your support, what a blessing you all are to our family.  Mark 11:22-25 “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”
